To maintain order and discipline on the forum we wrote the rules are not difficult to respect.

1st Rule: Insults & Swearing

2nd Rule: ACCOUNT RULES
7.1 - Username must contain at least 3 characters, a maximum of 20 characters.

7.3 - Your Signature (Signature) must not contain more than 255 karatkera. The images in signatures must be clearly width and height. The contents must not contain the signature offensive messages, or advertisements.
7.4 - Personality (avatar) must be no larger than 150px * 150px size.
7.5 - nesmeju users have 2 (two) or more user accounts. If you happen to discover more users accounts will be removed from the forum for good.

3rd Rule: ADVICE FORUM
In the Forum "Announcements" topic can be opened only Administrators and Global Moderators. Everyone else who will be convicted of open Topic WARN!

4.Rule: Existence
